Stephen (Erin) Dinehart is a transmedia designer, writer, artist and an interactive narrative design evangelist. He and his projects have won, and been nominated for, various awards including "Best Writing in a video game production" at the 2nd Annual Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts (2007). His career path has focused on a transmedia spectrum of development and production skills, having worked as a designer, writer, and producer at companies ranging from Activision, Electronic Arts, and Warner Brothers, to Saatchi and Saatchi Interactive. Stephen is an active member of the International Game Developers Association, and the Writers Guild of America. His MFA is from USC's School of Cinematic Arts focusing on Interactive Media where he received a David Lynch Foundation Scholarship, a Gene Autry Scholarship, and an EA Game Innovation Grant. He remains an advocate of next-generation interactive entertainment built with strong traditional media production methodologies, and building world-class transmedia franchises with story driven motivations. Stephen is currently working on unannounced projects.
